The 2017 Chablis from Laurent Tribut is magnificent. It instantly impressess with its inviting aromas of fresh sliced pears and lemon zest, which are laced with lovely mineral nuances. On the palate this displays excellent focus and precision, with a gorgeous combination of acidity and minerality that frame the bright citrus flavors. Overall, this is a fantastic release and a textbook Chablis from the Tribut's that is instantly appealing, yet it should also continue to drink beautifully for several more years.
