MEMENTO MORI Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley 2014

Sourced from Beckstoffer Vineyards Dr. Crane and Las Piedras in Saint Helena, as well as Weitz Vineyard in Oakville, the 2014 Memento Mori Cabernet Sauvignon is a fantastic showing. It opens to inviting aromas of ripe blackberries, crème de cassis, licorice, graphite and hints of sweet spices all soaring from the glass. On the palate this is full-bodied and nicely layered with a gorgeous plush, texture and long voluptuous finish. The 2014 is open for business now, and should continue to drink beautifully over the course of the next decade.
