The 2017 Sinegal Estate Sauvignon Blanc is simply delightful. It begins with inviting aromas of white peach, guava, melon and dried herb nuances that burst from the glass. On the palate this is bright and vivid, with gorgeous acidity keeping it fresh and vibrant through the mineral laced finish. This is a fantastic Sauvignon Blanc that is drinking absolutely beautiful now.
