Anthill Farms Hawk Hill Vineyard Pinot Noir is absolutely brilliant in 2017. It immediately opens up with attractive aromas of dark cherry, pomagranate, ripe plum and blood orange which are coupled with nuances of sassafras, dried spice and earthy scents adding even further complexity. On the palate this is simply gorgeosu, with an elegant texture and beautiful pure red fruits laced with earthy flavors that converge into the long finish. This is a total knockout and should easily go on to impress over the course of the next decade.
