The 2015 Bourgogne Aligote from Roulot is fantastic. It begins with beautiful aromas of orchard fruit, lemon oil, stoney minerals and hints of dried floral. On the palate this shows wonderful overall balance and vibrancy all the way through the fresh finish. A fabulous wine from one of Burgundy's premier producers and a wonderful expression of the varietal.
