This is the first vintage of this Brut Rosé from Brick & Mortar, which is a blend of 96% Chardonnay and 4% Pinot Noir that was sourced from the Sweetwater Spring Vineyard in the Russian River Valley. It is a fantastic showng that begins with gorgeous aromatics, showcasing inviting nuances of fresh strawberries, orchard fruits and citrus, alongside crushed almond, toasted brioche and wild flowers. The mouthfeel is wonderful, with a beautiful profile of red berries and citrus coupled with a creamy texture and burst of acidity on the finish. This fantastic Rosé is excellent today and should continue to drink beautifully with some additional bottle age.
