The 2016 Estate Cabernet is a sensational blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot, 2% Cabernet Franc. It begins with a wonderful aromatic profile of dark cherries, herbs, tobacco, mocha, graphite and hints of violets. The palate is medium to full-bodied and is well-structured with wonderful concentration. It goes on to display incredible overall balance with a gorgeous combination of ripe fruit and bright acidity which provides incredible freshness through the long finish. The 2016 is absolutely fantastic and while is its drinking beautifully today, it should only become more compelling as it evolves.
