The 2017 'Airavata' is a 100% Garnacha from the Eliphante block, which is located at 3,400 feet elevation. The grapes are handpicked and aged in Concrete egg for 18 months. The wine itself is stunning, with gorgeous aromatics that jump from the glass with aromas of blueberry, strawberry, lavender, sweet spices, crushed rock and spring flowers. This is a light to medium-bodied Garnacha with fantastic balance and elegance. Drink now or over then next 7-10 years.
