EVENING LAND VINEYARDS Pinot Noir, Seven Springs Estate 'La Source' 2017

The 2017 'La Source' Pinot Noir is a simply riveting wine in this vintage. Sourced from vines located at 700 feet in elevation at the top of Seven Springs. This Dijon clone Pinot instantly begins to impress as it shows off a beautiful aromatic range, offering nuances black raspberries, pomegranate, blood oranges, spices and hints of peat moss which all take shape in the glass. The palate displays a wonderful combination of weight, freshness and poise, backed by gorgeous mouth-watering acidity that adds to the enjoyment. Showing wonderful focus and precision this continues to deliver flavors of fresh red and black fruits that combine with blood orange and earthy undertones to linger beautifully on the graceful finish. This is an utterly captivating effort from the team at Evening Land and should go on to have a tremendous future ahead.
