The 2018 Saint Cosme Cotes-du-Rhone offers tremendous value. This 100% Syrah this opens beautiful aromas of wild blueberry and strawberries, followed by lots of spice, black pepper, violet, cured meat, smoke, and a touch of cherry. Beautiful texture and mouthfeel with chewy tannins that lead into a plush fruit and spice packed finish. This is delicious now, especially with some extended air contact.
