The 2019 Essenciel’ Rosé is a gorgeous wine which displays a gorgeous light-pale pinkish color and offers fresh inviting aromatics of citrus, strawberries, orange zest, white peaches and chalky minerals all coming together beautifully in the glass. On the palate this is just as impressive showing a wonderful balance of bright acidity and minerality leading to the pretty finish. This is excellent today and should make a fantastic paring on its own or with fresh salads.
