The 2017 'The Bard' Cabernet Sauvignon opens to inviting and complex aromatics lead by dark cherries, tobacco, mint, herbs, exotic spices and hints of bell pepper which instanly grab your attention. On the palate this is medium-bodied and incredibally balanced with wonderful combination of fruit and acidity that keeps it fresh through the long, mouthwatering finish. This is excellent today, but should also evolve nicely with some bottle age.
