The 2017 Hollick Shiraz is absolutely fantastic. It instanty grabs you attention with its fresh inviting profie of cherries and blackberries which are woven together with spices, pepper, wild herbs and hints of fresh violets. On the palte this is medium to full-bodied and beautifully balanced with ripe fruit, acidity and lovely underlying minerality. The finish is long, fresh and velvety. A sensational Shiraz that is drinking beautifully today.
