The 2015 Abbaye Sainte Marie de Pierredon begins with inviting aromas of dried cherries and berries with leather and exotic spices all taking shape. Medium-bodied and beautifully balanced, this continues to impress with its gorgeous refined texture, which leads up to the long, precise spice-tinged finish. This is excellent today, but should evolve nicely for several years to come.
