The 2019 Sauvignon Blanc opens to inviting aromatics of lychee, gooseberries, melon, citrus rind and a tropical character, along with subtle hints of honeysuckle nuances that all take shape in the glass. On the palate this is beautifully textured with lovely underlying acidity, which provides wonderful freshness through the core of bright tropical fruits that expand into the mouthwatering finish. Overall this is a delicious Sauvignon Blanc that is delicious today and should also continue to drink beautifully over the course of the next few years.
