The 2018 Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon from Passing Time offers up wonderful aromas of ripe blackberries, dark currants, graphite, mocha and baking spices. On the palate this is medium to full-bodied and beautifully structured around polished, yet firm tannins that surround the plush core of ripe dark fruits, currants and dark chocolate that continue to flow though to the long supple finish. This wine has so much to offer and while it is drinking exceptionally well upon release, it should also age gracefully.
