As Oregon is becoming known as a world-class region for growing stunning Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, it's not a stretch to see wineries making world class Sparkling Wine in the traditional method as well. This is a gorgeous blend of 57% Chardonnay and 43% Pinot Noir that shows aromas of watermelon, nectarine, strawberry lemon drop martini and fresh baked French baguette. The wine is very well balanced and the bead is prefect. The palate shows flavors of animal cracker, underripe strawberry, marzipan, brioche and incredible minerality and freshness. Will drink well for another decade.
