The 2018 Vulcani d'Italia Etna Rosso is bright and focused, with pretty aromas of cherries, red berries, sweet licorice, mint and wet stones, which all come together beautifully. On the palate this is silky and elegant with lovely acidity and delicious bright red fruits lingering on the finish. This is already showing plenty of appealing characteristics, however it is should also evolve nicely with some additional bottle age.
