The 2018 'Cuvée Saint Martin' Côtes du Roussillon Villages opens to aromas of black raspberries and plums which are woven together with spices, licorice, lavender and wild herbs. This continues to impress on the palate with its medium-plus body that is structured with soft, round tannins that make a seamless transition across the palate and into the long spicy finish. Even at this youthful age this is already quite appealing, but this should also benefit from a year or two of additional bottle age.
