Inspired by the Champagnes of France, the Domaine Serene MV2 stands for Multi-Vintage 2nd Edition, this gorgeous sparkling wine is made in the traditional method and is aged for over 4 years (8 months in barrel and 44 months in tirage.) Aromas of slivered almonds, lemon zest, beeswax, and brioche are prominent while the palate shows flavors of Granny Smith apple, marzipan, fresh pineapple and toast. It’s a serious effort and shows incredible depth, acidity and structure. A wine that should age for a decade or more.
