A more approachable Pinot Noir from Domaine Serene, the Yamhill Cuvee is aged for 14 months in 100% French oak barrels. The expressive nose shows aromas of blue raspberry, dried thyme and a touch of coconut. The palate is a tart explosion of dried cranberry, black cherry, a touch of milk chocolate and forest floor. The fruit from this cool vintage wine is starting to come into its own, which is perfectly balanced with the medium acidity and moderate tannin profile.
