Shows a perfect example of some of the fascinating and delicious white wines coming out of Washington State. Oily yellow with specks of green around the rim in the glass, the nose on this delicious Viognier bursts forward with floral notes of white potpourri and fruity aromas of fresh papaya, lychee fruit. The sold tropical nose is enhanced with a savory note of freshly ground white pepper. A solid palate follows with tastes of yellow Cling peach, dried pineapple, beeswax and honey coated pear ending with a savory and complex melange of dried herbs with oregano dominating. The wine has luscious, rich and oily characteristics with a full mouthfeel, medium acidity and a lengthy finish.
