A spectacular expression of black plum, cassis, tonka bean, wet crushed gravel with just a speck of green pepper and dried fruit aromas which pop from the glass of this blend of 99% Cabernet Sauvignon and 1% Merlot. This wine has incredible depth of fruit with a palate showing candied black cherry, milk chocolate, and some sweet cedar sap. It is aged 22 months in French oak barrels with 40% being new. 2090 cases produced.
