The 2019 Domaine Tour Saint Michel 'Le Lien' is composed of 100% Grenache that is grown in the pebbly spoils of Les Brusquières and les Terres Blanches. The wine itself opens to inviting aromas of raspberries and red berries which are woven together with licorice, pepper, herbs and lavender nuances. On the palate this possesses a medium-plus body that is round and silky with outstanding overall balance and finesse. It displays excellent focus and precision with notable length on the finish. Classy and sophisticated, this beautifully made wine will age remarkably well.
