This gorgeous Barolo offers striking aromatics of raspberries and cherries, which are joined by exotic spices, fresh florals, eucalyptus and walnut nuances that all take shape beautifully. On the palate this impresses with its remarkable concentration and focus, as well as its silky, yet firm structure. This shows stunning purity and finesse, with a beautiful refined mouthfeel that finishes with incredible length leaving behind flavors of red berries and spices lingering. The ‘Ciabot Mentin’ is a total beauty that is already a pleasure to drink, however it is ultimately an age worthy Barolo that will evolve beautifully over time.
