It begins with perfumed aromatics of tropical fruits, lychee, gooseberry, grapefruit, tangerine and lemon, along with nuances of honeysuckle, ginger and green herbs. This possesses a medium body with a gorgeous texture and a beautiful combination of fruit and acidity from start to finish. Rich and clean, with a lovely combination of acidity and minerality. This is a simply stunning Sauvignon Blanc that is utterly delicious now and can also be enjoyed with some additional bottle age over the next few years. This Sauvignon Blanc could be the best yet from Dan Petroski.
