The Coste del Vulcano, Etna Bianco is a beautiful blend of Carricante and Catarratto. It shows off a beautiful aromatic profile of lemon, lime, starfruit, white peach and lychee, with some crushed stone, and floral notes. On the palate this has lots of beautiful citrus and mineral flavors backed by a high acid finish. A great spring or summer wine. Drink it over the next 4-5 years.
