This instantly bursts open with aromas of lemon peel, crushed stone, peach, gun flint, tangerine, and crushed seashell. On the palate there are delicious flavors of crushed hazelnut, honeysuckle and spring flowers. This possesses a gorgeous medium to full-bodied with lots of minerality and salinity, followed by a creamy texture which is underlined by lovely acidity on the finish.
