The 2019 'Vicarious' Cabernet Sauvignon includes 20% Syrah in the final blend. It opens to aromas of blueberries and dark plums, which are joined by nuances of violets, tobacco, crushed gravel and a touch of sweet baking spices which slowly unwind in the glass. On the palate this is medium to full-bodied and structured with round polished tannins which result in a gorgeous plush mouthfeel that persists through the finish.
