The Shea Vineyard Pinot Noir is another beauty from 00 Wines in 2019. It has a gorgeous ruby color and offers a stunning bouquet of floral scents with red roses over a fresh core of wild raspberries, strawberries, sweet currants, rhubarb, pomegranate and forest floor. On the palate this is medium-bodied with precise flavors of red berries, spices and earthy notes all emerging from its core. The finish is long, supple and mouthwatering, with a lovely touch of acidity and grippy tannins framing the delicious red berry and sweet spice flavors. This is an absolutely stunning Pinot Noir that should continue to evolve beautifully over the next decade and offer a drinking window that spans well beyond that.
