The 2019 Sangiacomo Vineyard 'Whole Cluster' Syrah offers pretty aromas of raspberries and dark berries woven together with fresh violets, cracked pepper, spices, black olive and herbs which begin to take shape with air. On the palate this is absolutely gorgeous, silky and refined with remarkable balance and finesse. It continues to impress all the way through the finish, with its sleek texture and precise flavors. Although still youthful, this is already outstanding, and should continue to show even better as it blossoms with bottle age.
