The 2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon wine comes the two best blocks, H3 and A3 and is considered the most intriguing barrels from the vintage. It is expressive in the glass, offering aromas of dark cherries, plums, cocoa, savory herbs, spices along with with some sweet toasted accents. The palate is medium to full-bodied, and structured with velvety tannins that result in a soft plush mouthfeel. It goes on to display notable concentration with just enough underlying acidity to provide a sense of freshness and lift through the finish. A wonderful Cabernet to approach now or cellar for a decade.
