The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is excellent. This begins to impresses with its inviting aromatics of ripe dark cherries, blackberries and blackcurrants, which join together with violets, mocha, graphite, loam and hints of dusty nuances that all explode from the glass. On the palate this is full-bodied and impeccably structured with polished tannins that are seamless, yet hold everything in place beautifully. It displays wonderful depth with a ripe core that bursts with flavors of blue and dark fruits along with violets, mocha and exotic spices. The 2019 is drinking beautifully today, but should also go on to have a brilliant future ahead.
