The 2020 Private Reserve Chardonnay is as good as ever in this vintage. As this wine begins to open it releases exotic aromas of Asian pears, Meyer lemon, honeysuckle, pineapple and other tropical nuances that all emerge beautifully. The palate is richly textured and delivers flavors of orchard fruits, fresh vanilla and pineapple, which expand through the finish. This is drinking exceedingly well right now, nevertheless it will also continue to evolve nicely with some additional bottle age.
