The 2021 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon begins with inviting aromas of ripe currants and cherries that come together with tobacco, chocolate and peppery spices. On the palate this possesses a medium body that is well-balanced with a wonderful mouthfeel which gives way to dark/red fruits and spices that cascade onto the long finish. This is incredibly expressive today, however this should continue to drink nicely over the next decade.
