The largest vineyard of the estate that is planted to both Chardonnay and Pinot Noir and has always been one of my favorites from Chateau de la Creé. An attractive medium gold color in the glass with a whitish rim, it’s aged for 15 months in French oak barrels which gives it some lovely depth and structure. Complex notes of grilled white peach, fresh green melon, kiwi fruit, white flower potpourri, Bosc pear, and white mushroom notes balance together wonderfully with the elevated acidity and are perfectly balanced, wonderfully textured in the mouth. 286 cases produced.
