The Chardonnay from Hyde Vineyard is another classic in Kistler's 2019 release. Offering a beautiful bouquet of key lime curd, orange peel, pineapple, lychee, and stone fruits combined with lots of mineral sliced almond, and floral scents. On the palate this is polished and focus with delicious viscosity and palate coating freshness. There are flavors of citrus, salty lime, minerals, white peach, beeswax and tropical notes. Although this is very attractive today, it will increase its complexity over the next 15 years.
