The 2021 Beckstoffer Bourn Cabernet Sauvignon is another excellent wine from Myriad. It opens to wonderful fresh aromas of ripe blackberries, cassis and dark cherries, which are laced with fresh lavender, gravel and hints of licorice. On the palate this is full-bodied, concentrated with layers of ripe blue and black fruits that continue to resonate through the long enveloping finish. This is a big time cabernet that is already extremely expressive.
