The 2020 ‘Three Kings’ Cabernet Sauvignon is a selection of Clone 7 from the back of To Kalon. It slowly begins to unwind in the glass, with inviting aromas of blackberries, boysenberries, graphite, florals, licorice which continue to evolve with air contact. This medium to full-bodied Cabernet possesses a lovely polished texture, along with notable depth and concentration. It remains well-balanced with a wonderful combination of ripe fruit and freshness that continues all the way through the finish. This will require some patience for everything to all come together, however this should go on to offer a drinking window that spans over a decade.
