The 2020 'The Grand Daddy' Cabernet Sauvignon is an absolutely fantastic showing in this vintage. It begins with gorgeous aromatics of blueberries, dark currants and boysenberries, which are woven together with graphite, violets, exotic spices, black licorice, lavender and subtle hints of smoked meat all developing over time. On the palate this is full-bodied, round and opulent with a gorgeous velvety texture. This shows excellent concentration and depth, as loads of dark berries, mocha, earth and spices all build up to the voluptuous finish.
