The 2019 Saunders Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon showcases a wonderful aromatic profile consisting of dark cherries, blackberries and red currants which are woven together with dark chocolate shavings, herbs, spices, tilled-soil and hints of chocolate. On the palate this is just as impressive, boasting a medium to full-bodied texture that is layered and well-structured with velvety tannins. It goes on impress as it displays outstanding depth and complexity all the way through the long finish. While this is excellent today, it will certainly go on to provide drinking pleasure for years to come.
