The 2019 Tignanello is a wonderful showing in this vintage. Showing remarkable class and elegance, this begins to impress as it releases aromatics of ripe dark cherries and fresh raspberries which are accompanied by spring florals, spices and hints of tobacco and earthy mineral nuances adding even more complexity. On the palate this is medium-bodied and beautifully polished, showing remarkable restraint, as well as a gorgeous refined texture. It continues to impress with its excellent overall depth and focus leading into the precise finish. This is a beautiful, age-worthy Tignanello, that should flourish in the cellar for decades.
