The 2021 Anthem Sauvignon Blanc shows pretty aromas of honeysuckle, melon and white peach, vanilla curd and minerals that all take shape. The palate is soft and round with a textured mouthfeel that leads into the finsih. This Sauvignon Blanc is delicious today, but will have the potential to age up to five years in the cellar.
