The 2020 Beckstoffer GIII Cabernet Sauvignon from Perchance is nothing short of an outstanding effort in this vintage. This bursts open with aromas of blueberries and plums, which are woven together with sweet spices, chocolate powder, lavender and earthy clay-like nuances all taking shape. On the palate this is medium to full-bodied and utterly seamless with a gorgeous velvety texture that envelops the palate. It all comes to an end with a soft, round finish that makes this extreamly enjoyable to approach today. Considering the challenges faced in this vintage, the 2020 Perchance should be considered a monumental success.
