The Willaimson-Doré Syrah is fermented with partial whole-cluster fruit and is aged in 41% new French oak barrels, which gives it some much-needed tannin structure and spice. A dusty nose that elevated into aromas of ripe red cherry, strawberry fruit leather, iron ore, ground black pepper, and hints of charcuterie spill from the glass.
