The 2014 'Côtes de Tablas' is a stunning showing from this impressive estate. This wine is blended with 44% Grenache, 36% Syrah, 12% Counioise and 8% Mourvèdre. As it begins to open it offers seductive aromas of rose petals, smoked meats, cassis, and black cherry. There are flavors of black olive, wild blackberry, crème de cassis, ginger, mandarin orange rind, white pepper and smoked pork shoulder with hints of black truffle oil.
