The 2015 'Les Olivets' opens to inviting aromas of black raspberries and dark plums come together with pepper, lavender, minerals and hints of soil. Medium-bodied, with a soft round texture. Concentrated and balanced with a core of dark fruits and spices which build up to the velvety finish. Already showing plenty of early appeal.
