The Bosquet des Papes Blanc is an absolutely beautiful blend of 45% Clairette, 35% Grenache Blanc, and 20% Bourboulenc. This begins with attractive aromas of fresh lemon, ripe pineapple, passion fruit, flower blossoms and hints of crushed almond. On the palate this possesses a gorgeous texture and mouthfeel, with a remarkable balance between of fruit and acidity. While this is showing well today, expect it to continue to gain complexity as it evolves over the course of the next decade.
