The 2015 Domaine Serene Etoile Vineyard Chardonnay is another highly compelling release from one of Oregon’s premier Estates. The aromatics immediately entice, with toasty brioche, Meyer lemon oil and bourbon infused pear rounding out the nose. Powerful, yet elegant, this has a gorgeous silky texture and wonderful weight. Meyer lemon creme brûlée, roasted hazelnut and poached pear flavors continue to impress and the long, near minute long, lemon cream finish complete this fantastic Chardonnay.
