The 'Vino del Sol' is made in a Port-like dessert style from dehydrated fruit sourced out of the State Lane Vineyard. The fruit is fermented with Brandy, giving it a wonderful unique character. The result is an absolutely gorgeous wine which delivers characteristics of sweet plums, raisins, mission figs, spices and hints of caramel. Mouth coating and concentrated, this is beautifully balanced by the underlying acidity that keeps it fresh and light on its feet through the delicious finish. Overall, a delightful wine which will age for years, however right now, it is already simply delicious and showing extremely well.
